Hi,

I have Kenmore washer model 23032101 just about 4 years old.

I don't know why it make so much noise when the Agitator moves around, doesn't matter

What I did (remove some wet heavy clothes, or move them around).

Can some one please help.

Noise is never a good sign from a appliance especially a noise that shows up that the unit never had before. From what you are saying the noise is probably isloated in the drive or transmission area. You can tear the unit down IE take off the panels and listen to see if you can isloate the noiuse to a specific part if you are mechanically inclined.
