I just purchased a mahogany table at an estate sale. It has white marks on the top, probably water marks.
Does anyone have suggestions for getting them out?
Thank you!

I wouldn't try to remove it. I would restain it with mahogany stain for wood. You may need 2 coats. I did that to a stained cedar chest & made it look new.
Oh yea, wear those gloves cause it stains everything!
how about try remove them with 0000 steel woolQuote:

Definitely don't use either though if the wood does not have a finish to it.
Hope this helps. :)
