Can you get a ticket for getting hit in a parking lot but you the driver doesn't have a license and the police was called?

Depends on the state, in some yes, in other no, ( in some states or some cities the police will not even come to a accident on private property unless there is a injury.

Well they thought I was injured but I just have bruised and my back and neck hurst and I messed up my leg I can't walk on it. And I Live in Washington state

Ok, did the police issue a ticket when they came? If they did not issue one at the scene most likely none will be issued.

Also, was this parking lot private property (such as at a mall or shopping center) or was it public property, such as a municipal parking lot? It can make a difference. Did they issue you a ticket?
