To whom it may concerns,
My 2003 Altima shows service engine soon few days ago then my car did not start after all. I brought it to a shop, they replaced ECM after pull out code from computer, and now the idle rpm is high and the service engine code keep turn on again, and repair man could not reset or adjust idle rpm. I've already spent almost $700.00. Do you know how to adjust and what is the problem with this before I'll bring to the Nissan dealer.

Whoever you took it to should FIX THE PROBLEM and if they cannot, refund your money. A dealer may have the necessary skills to repair this.
