I have a 1992 civic with b16 engine. I got the engine a month ago. The idle was always off , 1100 -1500 rpm most of the time and today the car didn't start in the morning. It turns over and does not try to start do you think it's the distributer

. Fully charge battery.
. Test all underhood and underdash fuses with a test light or multimeter:

. Check for codes.
. Check for spark. If none, replace the ignitor and coil:
