I am trying to invite a person that I met in Ghana and so far he has acquired his passport but need his visa to come to the United States. What is the qualifications to have in order to get a visa to the United States.

If he has all of the information that they asked for... then how long would it be for them to grant him a visa to the States. It only took me 3 days to get a visa with express money and I was granted it quickly. I would like to know because of the problem that it is hard for 3 world countries to get visa to the United States.

Can someone help me with whether he will get the visa?
