Foreclosure time frame (in last stages)
I am in the last stage of the foreclosure on my home of 14 years in Florida. My reasons for still being in the property are many, with the primary being, I have 4 older dogs that I do not want to give up. It's hard to find places that allow dogs, let alone 4.
My question is, after the sale of the home back to the lender, the certificate of title is issued, do I receive some sort of notice to vacate the premises before the sheriff's department order?
Thank you in advance for any response.

Yes, you will be given notice to vacate. If you are not out by that time, then the new owner has to file for an eviction order.

But please understand these can be very fast notice, a 3 day notice to vacate, court service and a hearing,
So within a couple weeks they can put you out.
