House in husbands name. He is very ill and before something happens I need to either add my name or put it in my name. How do I do it?

Is there a mortgage or are their loans against the property? If so, you need permission to change title.

Is your husband in agreement with the transfer or, for some reason, does he want the house to pass by Statute or Will?

There is a sticky at the top of this forum that answers this question. Since you are a spouse, this is fairly easy.
