Hi, I do all the maintenance as recommended by curlyben etc on a regular basis. I clear private data and particularly cookies daily. I have been told this only clears cookies from my desktop only. Is this true, or do I have to go onto each desktop to perform maintenance for the whole PC?

Well it depends.. if you can make yourself an administrator of the server I'm sure you could do it for all but if your not then you'll have to do it individually on every computer

Cookies are indeed stored per profile. You would have to go into each profile to manage cookies.
