I 23 years old with 4 children... my last period was on 10/29/2008... which makes me 10 days late... I took a pregnant. Test on 11/28/2008 and got a negative. Result... was it just too early for me to test... it was a first response test... which is supposed to detect pregnancy the soonest... when should I test again... still have no period as of 12/06/2008.. what are my chances of being pregnant? I have unprotected intercourse with my husband regularly and am not on any type of birth control...

If you are normally very regular with your periods, see what happens in another week or so... or wait until your next period would be due. You may just be late this cycle, or skip it altogether. If still no period, try another test. Sometimes it can take awhile before a positive gets picked up.
