My son has been making child support on two separate cases. His employer sent payment for both cases to only one ex-spouse#1 which she has already cashed. What recourse since I have been charged penalties and my children from spouse#2 have not been receiving their support that I have been paying. Please help

Is this for a garnishment ? Or just paying without a garnishmenmt

If there is a garnishment the business has a obligation to send the money to the proper person. And has some legal liablity.
