I was served in late October to show up in court next week about a credit card debt I owe. I sent them a letter asking for proof of the debt. I asked for sales slip and original credit application etc... I sent this letter certified so I know the did receive it. All they sent me back was some lame report showing transactions made on the card. I was wondering if anyone had some advice on what I should do in court.
