No I don't think that you can get sued for not sending your kids to college. This being because at the age of 18, when a child usually goes to college, they are officially adults. Thus making it their problem if they don't enroll in higher education.

Are you serious?

No, there is no law that says you have to send your children to College. Lots of people go and pay their own way.

I don't quite understand the "now they are repair people is that crazy?" part.

I know a lot of morons who went to college and I also know a lot of very smart people who never went to high school. As far as getting sued - I don't think so.
