My daughter and her husband have been paying many of their bills with my bank account it ranges $2500-$3000. I did not authorize this, if I press charges how much jail time will they possible get?

Can't be sure if they even will get jail time for a relatively small amount in the eyes of the Court. Depends on their past records and other factors.

Even if they were stealing from you, I'd have a hard time putting my children, the parents of my grand children in jail... I just couldn't do it. JAIL ain't good for anybody...

I WOULD, however, sue the crap out of them. I'd also GUARD my accounts better. I check my bank account online EVERY day.

They could spend about 6 months in jail if convicted depending on your state.

Close the account now, report the theft.
