Almost forgotten movie memory
Hi,
I've been thinking about a movie I haven't seen in like 30 years (the movie is older) but can't remember the name.
It starts with a battle I think and there is a guy sitting in a window of a wooden hut but unable to move (he's an invalid) staring at the battle (think sword & sorcery) and after the battle some folks are carrying a huge broad sword up an incline to where this man is sitting. They give him something and he can walk again and they send him on a quest.
He gets a horse and has to bring it to a watering hole and make it drink 3 times and it becomes his battle steed.
Then there's a couple of battles and then all I remember is the end where he battles a 3 headed dragon.
If any one knows of what I speak please post the name. It's one of those things that gnaw at you and gnaw at you and gnaw at you... you get the picture.
