I replaced a broken ignitor and the dryer worked immediately and perfectly for 3-4 loads.

Now no glow/ignition.

Is there a way to check the thermal switch? What are the next troubleshooting steps?

Did you touch the glow part of the ignitor when you changed it?

I don't think that I did. But after checking everything else, I checked the new ignitor and found it had burned through. Replaced it and getting plenty of heat.
