Oh my gosh! I do too and no matter how much I scrub, they're like that. Always have been. Let me know if you find anything the helps!

Don't use mono under your arms. I did a few days later I tried to wax! OUCH! They next day I used cream hair remover. I was on fire for a while I had to use hydrocortisone cream as a deodrant!! BUT MY UNDER arms r lighter! LOL I swear! I burned & pulled the darkness off! I can wax now but NEVAh again!
