Contest inotice of intention to defend
I filed a small claim, the defendant filed a notice of intention to defend 24 hrs before the court date, can I protest this to the court? The defendant had plenty time to do this within the 15day allowance... he has asked for strict proof of the claim what is strict proof, I had filed more that 10 pages of data including an email from the defendant admitting the money he held was not his!

Is the same suit you asked about filing from Isreal? If so, we need to merge these threads since it doesn't make sense to discuss them separately.

Without knowing the full circumstances, I can't say for sure what constitutes legal proof in your case.

Since you have a court date, whenever he filed the intent to defend is immaterial, unless he is using the lateness to get a postponement of the court date. If that's not the case, you show up in court, submit your evidence and let the judge decide.
