OK well.
I've been semi seeing a guy for about 6months.
And he told me that he likes me but doesn't want to go out with me :S
And it gets so confusing because I'm always hearing that he likes another girl but when I asked his mate he said its all bull.
I really don't know what to do?

Guys are best judged on what they DO, not what they say. If he says he can't go out with you and then doesn't go out with you, then all that matters is that Dean isn't going out with you. What he thinks is irrelevant.

If a guy says he loves you, and then proceeds to make your life miserable, controls you, abuses you emotionally... well, what's more important? What he said or what he's doing? If a guy says nice things and does crappy things, he's a crappy guy.

If a guy says crappy things and does nice things all the time, that guy is way better to be around in the long run.

But you don't have to settle for either one of those guys I've described above. You could find a guy who says nice things AND does nice things. Now THAT'S the guy you need to be panting after.

So, let's get one thing straight, you haven't been "semi-seeing" some guy for 6 months. Nope. For six months you've been trying to get a guy you like to make you his girlfriend... and he hasn't done it.

Believe what he DOES. Time to stop chasing after airplanes. Wouldn't it be "oh so dreamy" to be chasing after a guy who's interested in you, too! Truly interested?

Yeah your right, it's pretty hard to let go of him but..
This whole thing is confusing.
