    Why is love so hard
I ask why is love so hard because ,even thow I'm 14 , its so confusing like for example some days I berly manage to get a hug from my girlfriend yet on on others I get the lot, hugs kisse's etc.
Or it could be the fact I'm male and have no understanding of women.

It's hard because you're really young. It takes people years to actually realize what love truly is. You should just take your time, have fun and don't get too serious. ( :

For the same reason you can't have all the candy you want, its not healthy. Same with hugs, enjoy 'em when you can get 'em. When you don't, do something else. When your 24, you may understand better.

Actually love isn't hard. Our expectations of what love should be like make it hard on us. Love is a natural state of being. Thinking that it should "do" things or "cause" things to happen is going away from it. Love is surprising, and expecting or controlling a surprise is... Commitment. People much older than you struggle with that one.

Hey I'm 14 also and for me Love is surreal. People around me do stupid things in front of people to get attention and then the guys go around skrewing girls over and cheating on them. Love is more than that and it is deeper - I haven't had a girlfriend and I'm glad I haven't because when I stumble accros love I will know what the difference is. You have to be confident and keep hold of what you have. Learn from your mistakes and don't slip white lies and then when you find love worth fighting for don't let silly things get in the way.

    Thanks NallaNeedsYou

Your "People around you" are not in a love situation, as you obviously know.
They're just having fun, there's nothing wrong with that, as long as no one gets hurt. That's them, and you are you!
Either go out and have fun too, and forget about all this love stuff for a later time (say 5 years from now) Or point at them and say how bad they are. Or just wait for your inevitable turn.

Love isn't hard, expectations of what it should bring are. And yes, as men we shall never understand women. Just not going to happen
