"NTDLR is missing, press any key to restart!

I googled 4 solution and all I got is :

    1.Computer is booting from a non-bootable source.
2.Computer hard disk drive is not properly setup in BIOS.
    3.Corrupt NTLDR and/or NTDETECT.COM file.
    etc..

So I've try to repair it from the xp cd , but it won't even boot from it *(the boot sec is correct).

    Help :(

I see this most often due to a failed/failing hard drive or file system malware damage. You may need to enter BIOS SETUP and configure your BIOS's boot order so that boot is attempted from the CD drive before the hard drive to get the XP CD to load. There will be a message something like "Press any key to load from CD..." when booting from the XP disc. But, before attempting XP repair, verify the hard drive with the hard drive manufacturer's diagnostic software available on their web site. A floppy or USB flash drive is usually needed to run the software. Scanning the drive with antiviral software in another system internally or with an external enclosure would also be prudent.

Before doing what was posted above,

If this is an older computer, make sure there is not a disk in the floppy drive. Also, depending on the bios, make sure there is not a CD in the drive.
