    Asak,

    It is serious matter, in my office a man who was adopted in his child hood. Now the lady she is more than 100 years old and she is paralyze even not able to take bath and other things. And no one can take care of her. Can this man can do her all works. Tell me in detail

    Anyone can take care of a disabled person, she can hire a care giver or a friend or family member can take her in if they want.

    At least in the US, there is no legal obligation and/or no legal relationship to give them any authority.

    I will also add that of course the chlid of a person over 100 is going to be in their 70's or 80s most likely and not really able to do anyting for them anyway, are there grand kids or great grandkids perhaps

    It would help to know where you are located. If in the U.S. there are no laws saying that her son couldn't care for her or she could hire whomever she wanted or who ever has poa could hire for her. That being said I agree with Chuck that the child would be considered elderly as well by this time so may need assistance but that wouldn't be required unless the mother is proven to be uncared for in a fit matter.
