If you are pick up in a raid and they find one gun and the guy who's house it was tells the cops that it was there's ,but they take you all too jail and your on a 18teen mouth probation how much time can you get for a violation of probation?

Where? You could get violated and sentenced to serve the original sentence or you could get a warning and/or fined.

Is the probation for a felony?
