Check/replace the Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor. It affects injector pulse width and may be flooding the engine when it's cold. The ECT Sensor is a temperature dependent resistor (thermistor), whose resistance decreases as the engine coolant temperature increases. It provides a richer mixture when cold, leaner mixture when hot.

Unless the harness between the injector and the Engine Control Module (ECM) is shorted to ground, it is nearly impossible for all the injectors to dump fuel... even if the ECT is broken off complete.
