It reminds me of Flash Gordon without the music. This guy lands on this planet and has to kill this sorcerer to escape. He gets help by these people who have white-blonde hair. They also battle robots that shoot lasers from their arms.

Sounds like, "Yor, the Hunter from the Future". I remember seeing this years ago. The guy lives in a prehistoric looking setting. He saves a woman and an old man and they travel with him. He eventually finds a woman with the same kind of special necklace that he has & finds out that he is from an advanced civilization. He goes to find his people and winds up at their castle. He leads the people against this evil sorcerer who has robots similar to storm troopers, but slow moving. He rescues some of the people, but some (including an old blind guy who had been their leader) stay behind & blow up the castle.

It also sounds a lot like Barbarella: Queen of the Galaxy (1968). It was also made by the same people who later did the Flash Gordon movie.
