I was caught underage drinking (20 years old in Florida) and was given a written arrest. I have a court date. What should I expect when I go to my date? Also, when are the most likely consequences that I will be sentenced with?

What is the specific charge? Expect to be arraigned and given a Court date. Have you been fingerprinted/photographed?

I was charged possession and consumption of alcohol. They didn't do a breathalyser or photo but they did get a finger print and gave me a court date. Do you know what I might get as a 'punishment' and what I should expect when I go? By the way, I'm in Florida

No I have never been in this kind of situation ever before. Nothing but the usual speeding ticket or so
