I have a 91 honda accord that when you try to start it there is a tick tick tick noise. I had the starter checked and they said it was fine. I can sometimes start it in nuetral. It will also sometimes start in park. Any ideas on what it might be

Make sure your battery terminals are clean. Honda uses copper terminals that corode quite easily. I have a 98 accord and I have to clean mine every 3 months. They do have a spray you can spray on them after you clean them good. It turns the copper red and protects it from coroding so easily.
