I have a Roper dryer model # rex6634rq0 The timer stopped advancing in all the settings and there is no heat.:(
It could be the timer motor or it could be a heat sensor that will not allow the timer to advance since the clothes are not dry.
Put the dryer in regular cycle and see if it advances. If it does then the problem lies elsewhere.
Unless you have a meter for testing and know how to use it you will be making a call for on site service.
First find the wiring diagram for your unit. Usually located on the small door area below the main laundry area. Since I do not have a record of a drawing for your unit on hand can you photo or copy and post it to this site?
I need to see the drawing /wiring diagram so I can guide you through the testing.
