    166.4 kva

    Addendum:
    I*E= VA/1000 = kVA (800)*(208)/1000 = 166.4 kVA

    This is incorrect:

    208 Volt is from a 3 phase system.

    Therefore:

    KVA = (I x E x 1.73) / 1000
    KVA = 287.872

    You don't know what a transformer is by your question posted in the Electrical Forum, and you think the wrong answer is a good answer?

    The formula is:

    KVA= I x E x 1.73/1000

    To complete the calculation, the voltage is needed.
