We recently purchased a mobile home and I have noticed that the washer water seems to drain into the tub, and the toilet, and today I noticed that the water from the kitchen sink does the same thing. Is this normal? What should I do?

No, this is not normal. Whoever hooked up your waste pipes under the home did not properly angle the pipes downward. I would definitely call up whoever sold you this home. Hopefully it was not a used home as you will have to pay someone to properly angle down the pipes. If it was a new home bought from a dealer, then they will have to come out and correct their mistake.
In a properly set up mobile home all drains drain properly into the waste/sewage drain pipe.
If the problem is not what twinkiedooter saaid then it is p0ossible that you sewer line is stopped up and the water that you run in the sink is coming up in the commode or shower because the sink is higher that the shower or commode. The old law that water will seek it's own level.
It is certainly not normal. You have clogged drain. Have it snaked.
