I am attempting to replace my carrier furnace blower motor. The motor I was sold is missing the yellow speed wire. I was told I wouldn't need it. When I reassemble the unit and power it up there is a solid red light which indicates no errors but the thermostat does not come on. Do I need to reconfigure the blue, red or black wires from the motor?
