We are divorcing because he has interest in other women. Our mortgage is paid off. Title or I should say deed is in both of our names. Can he mortgage the house again without my signature?

Your Attorney should have already pretty much put a freeze on your joint property but he cannot legally as part owner get a second mortgage (or, for that matter, line of credit) on the real estate.
