Ok so I'm 13 and my parents are split up... im stuck living wit my mom... and things aren't working out?? Will I be able to move wit my dad or grandma? Or am I stuckin living wit my mom?? :confused::confused:

You can choose when you turn 18 ( 17 in a few states) Latter if your dad wishes to return to court and file for custody of you, you can tell the court where you want to live.

You have to live where the court order says you have to live.
