Who knows the title of a film about boys being buried alive and a medium?
I've been looking for this movie forever. It's about a medium of about 40 years old. He used to go to some turtle reservation with school when he was a kid. There he met the ghost of this boy holding a turtle. I think the boys name was 'Eddie'. When the medium is grown up he starts seeing the ghosts of boys who are trying to get his help, but they can't talk because there mouths are filled with sand. I remember that 'Eddie' was the first boy to die. It was an accident with a hunter. The mother starts burying other boys around Eddies grave in the woods so he can have friends, because he never had those when he was alive. There was something wrong with his leg, I believe.
There was also a female cop involved in the investigation.
I have a very good memorie f the mvie, but can't find the title. I asked a lot of people and looked around on the internet, but haven't had any luck.
