    Spotting
    Had my period 6-22-6-24 very light pink which is unusal for me usually lasts longer than 3 days was supposed to start the 13th but was late then it stopped thought it was over but still spotting sometimes it's there on the tp sometimes its not had to use a pl for a few days this has never ever happened before I'm irregular have been all my life until about 2 yrs ago still this is strange can somebody offer any advice to help get me through the weekend really starting to stress over this please help

    Please do not stress, that will cause your system more upset. You do not mention your age. Knowing age is very important when discussing these issues.

    What you state here is not unusual for someone who is or was irregular. Some women, like me, only get a period once evry six months. I still ovulate, but not enough menarch (blood that lines the uterus) builds up to cause a regular period. It sounds as though this is what is happening to you.

    You really should get a yearly check-up, the doc can do a hormone test that will tell whether you are pregnant as well as whether you have some other hormonal issues going on.

    I'm almost 31 my check ups have been fine in the past I have them yearly still spotting off and on today ty for your advice

    Okay, great, you do get your checkups, a lot of women don't.

    At 31 it is not unusual to be peri-menipausal or it could be stress related.

    I do not think what you are going through is unusual. I would wait until your next period, if you have the same symptoms I would go to the doc and have a hormone balance work-up.
