Today when I woke up I had a sore and dry throat and then I had mucus in my nose and I sniffed it up and then it went into my mouth somewhat so I pushed it in the mouth doing that weird thing with your throat then something came from my throat and plugged up my air passage. I kind of choked a little and then I purposly did it again and looked in a mirror and it was a pink ball that was around the size of a nikel. What it is and what do I do?

Is this something you expectorated ? Or something you saw in your throat ?

Yes when I felt the thing come up I swallowed it and then I did the same thing but I looked in the mirror and there was a ballish pink thing in my throat that I could see right about the back of my tongue
