I really need some help here... I have naturally red hair coming in my roots (it grows out to a strawberry blonde) but have been bleaching my hair for years now. I want to go back to my natural color but don't want to have these roots with the growing out blonde.

I read that dying bleached blonde hair won't hold red color? Is this true? Is there any way for me to get back to my natural color without having to wait for it to grow all the way out?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I don't think you shld have a problem. You shld try using hair stripper though you can buy it at your local beauty salon like sallys beaty supply. Ask an employee at that kind of store they would help you out with everything you need.
