As I was trying to start the leaf blower, the rope stuck. How can I fix this?

The starters are often buried on certain varieties of this brand. If you can easily see the pulley then you can spray a lubricant behind it and use a screwdriver to try to move the pulley. Often this will require a few iterations. If it is buried, then major disassembly is required.
