My girlfriend holds in her urine all the time, and I am afraid that it is not healthy. Does anyone know any risks or harm this may cause?

Like a UTI? I keep warning her of something like that, but she won't listen to me. How do I get her to listen to me about it?

She will leearn her lesson real soon. Once she gets a bladder or worse yet a kidney infection she will learn.

Don't be so hard on her. She may have been doing this since early childhood and may not be able to correct herself.

I think she has a UTI now. This time it is hurting her really bad. So, I am sure she is learning. I'm not being hard on her, just concerned about her health

It will cause a UTI. The longer she holds it, the faster the bacteria multiplies. This can cause damage to the bladder as well as the kidneys. Once the kidneys are damaged it is permanent.
