I had a few dreams that really taunt me.

1) Last night I had a dream about my 23 month old daughter. My husband and I where at a resort house right off the lake. He was doing something inside and I was making dinner. Not even two seconds my daughter goes outside. I saw her soother on the ground and called for her... she was nowhere... then I saw a small body floating in the clear water with rocks at the bottom. I ran in the water and grabbed my daughter, her body was cold and heavy... I ran to shore and screamed for my husband but didn't wait to start reviving her. I woke up.

2) The night before last night I had a dream that I buried my brother... he died.

3) Earlier this week, I had a dream about a huge bat... but don't remember anything else.

4) Sometime mid October I had a dream about my 23 month old daughter. First one she fell 10 feet and landed on her head from a balcony (which had no railings, it was a new construction house which was completely undeveloped. My husband was working there and we got into an argument about something)... I saw her drop head first and screamed "My baby, My baby Girl, Oh my god no" (I am crying... I cry every time I think about the pain in my heart)... I went to her and she was lifeless... I woke up screaming and was in histaria for 45 minutes (nice my husband didn't even care... he just rolled over). I checked on my daughter and she was sleeping soundly.

I have looked into it but was wondering if anyone else can help make out what any of it means?

Hello there,. you didn't mention if you ever had any dreams coming true. But to me these dreams seem to be telling you what is already happening with you, just a reflection of where you stand in your present life.
I think its normal for every mother to be scared that something will happen to your child and this fear will rise in your dreams because you need to let go of that fear. To go back to the details from your dreams I would like to tell you that the lake means the outer world or just life, maybe you're already worried about your child how she will stand in the world and handle it... because you know that life can be tough and heavy.
Dreaming about your brother means something about your own male-side... you said that he died... maybe there is a need for you to be more stronger or take more action or don't let your emotions run high with you. The bat indeed says all about rebirth to become a new you... change is the keyword here. The bat is also related to the womb where the seed will take fruit. In another way this could mean that you will be confronted with your own fears and that you will have to deal with it, change it and let go. This is a chance for you to grow spiritually, mentally and emotionally. Maybe its good to make plans how to bring that change in your life in other words plant some seeds.

None of my dreams came true... I know their symbolizing something in my life. I am pregnant... maybe that's what you mean by the bat is related to the womb where the seed will take fruit. I also know when pregnant we dream really weird things but I think it jump starts spirituality too. It just bothers me because they all felt so predominantly real. I am a very vivid dreamer. I know that dreams are very hard to understand.

You will never know if they mean something or it just has to do with something that you dealt with that day.

I don't want to scare you... that's why I said we will never know. I just want to let you in on my previous experience about death in a dream.

This was back in June. I dreamed that one of my first cousins died. A couple of days or weeks passed (I can't recall) and I dreamed that my mother died. Then a few more days, I dreamed that the same first cousin died again. This was the night of the 24th of June.

I received a call from my dad on the 25th that my grandmother had passed that very morning. Could have even been when I was dreaming about my cousin. So I thought I was just dreaming of the wrong person.

Well too much surprise, leaving the funeral of my grandmother, the same cousin I had two dreams about was in a car accident. Bad damage to car, but no one was injured.

So I believe that there are associations that come along with dreams and our lives.

As you know, my boyfriend died two months later. So I feel all these dreams were a sign.

Nothing to scare you over... just wanted to talk. I am having a boy! Crazy considering chris already had two girls. It was meant to be this way. But it is sad. I wish he was here to enjoy his first boy. He will be watching over us and taking care of us.

Oooh... forgot you mentiond rebirth.

Back in 2003, a very close friend was living with me.

I had a dream that she just healed over in front of me and was dead.

It was very creepy. I told her and we just brushed it off like anyone should.

One week later we found out she was pregnant.

And with me... all those dreams I had and then found out 2 months later that I am pregnant.

Associations!

Aww, congratulations... I am having a boy too in February. When are you due? I know you said you didn't want to scare me... but YOU DID... hehe. I am sorry for your loss and your dream associations are amazingly literal. I guess I will wait it out and see what happens. I know pregnancy causes some crazy dreams too but I never had that with my daughter... I hope it stops :).

Well, my boyfriend was christopher shane, so I am going to name him Shane Christopher.

Shane is Irish, which I am. So it goes nice.

But it is harder to name a boy. I didn't come up with much else. I wanted something to go along with chris's name. I thought christian shane was nice.

There is one name that I love. I think it could be unisex. DORIAN. I saw it in a movie once. I hope I can use it someday.

What names have you come up with?

And I am terribly sorry for scaring you. I feel really bad. You know, just because that happened to me, doesn't mean it will happen to everyone who has one crazy dream.

I love Christopher and every Shane I know are awsome... sounds nice together. I like Christian too but my husband thinks its too girly... same with Aaron and a few others I like. He likes Gavin a lot (which is Welsh... of course so is he), Brenden, Shamisn (?), he likes Curtis too... honestly... I just picked out a handful and will bring it to the hospital... when I get a feeling I will say it. I know with my daughter she was suppose to be a Natasha... it changed so... not sure I am still looking around for some names.

Yeah, I don't think christian is girly at all. Gavin is a great name. Brenden is so much better than brandon.

I have a cousin named drew. One of my brothers is blaine. Those are nice.

I love ashton. I had a friend I grew up with, so it was before ashton kutcher's time.
