One of my lower teeth fell out... It looks rather bad to me... Is their anything thati can do myself to temporaryly put it back in myself for just one day

I have a missing tooth that fell out... I hate the way it looks... I'm going out on a date today... I was wondering... Is their anyway that I could... Buy something that would allow me to put the tooth back in myself for just one day

Not unless it is a denture,real teeth can't be reinstalled,they need roots and gum to stay in place.

Are you joking? Haha don't try to put it back in, you'll get an infection.

You need to see a dentist soon. It sounds like you may have advanced periodontal disease which if left untreated may cause more serious problems such as heart attack, stroke, respiratory disease.
You can't do anything temporary to put the tooth back, you'd just be asking for trouble.
You certainly wouldn't want it to fall out while on your date!
