I got a dui in nj but the birthdate is wrong on the ticket. Could this dismiss the ticket?

I don't think that the birthrate is relevant enough to dismiss the DUI Offense... was your name, drivers number and the plate correct?

No, it's still you. If you do somehow manage to get it dismissed the Officer can simply write a new ticket.

Such a technicality won't make a judge dismiss the ticket. The fact you were given a ticket is the main thing here. You can fight the DUI part, but not the wrong birthdate information.
