Hi I have been charged with serious assault, which involved a knife, I was up in front of a petition but has been reduced to a summary complaint. I've been up to court only once and my plead was not guilty. I have no previous convictions. The incident involved me and ex-partner, the relationship was very volatile, and there has been previous domestics with myself and my ex. His wounds were not life threatening nor will they cause any scarring in the future. Can you tell me the outcome of this?
