I am from India and for my firm, I had taken a services for concept developing and research for a project from a company in US. I need to pay for the services without deducting withholding tax. Would like to know under which provisions I can do the same. Kindly revert

If you are in India and are paying a U.S. company, there is NO withholding requirement for U.S. taxes.

There MAY be a withholding requirement for Indian taxes, but I am not an expert on Indian taxes, and this forum does NOT address taxes for India, just for the U.S.
