How to remoe the write protecter

Yah... how can I remove a write protected... flashdrive... it makes my work a get slower bcoz of that.. its annoying...

I had that problem with a corrupted file on a flash drive, I moved off all my files and then reformatted it using one of the tools for formatting a flash drive on downloads.com
Also I would just try right clicking on it and formatting that way after you move your stuff to a safe place of course... hope this helps. :)
