Sorry! Yes I am new to the field and I am trying to find out why this unit is not blowing heat. It lights and the fan blows heat but after a short period it shuts off and the pilot goes out. Is it possible that the vents need a good cleaning or is it something more? Diagnostic code flashes 2 3.
