Can somebody tell me if there is an alternative medicine for plavix.

Since I am allergic to ASA I have to take plavix for the rest of my life.

I will look it up but I might not get back for awhile since I have limited internet use.
I know I have read up on it but don't recall off hand.
Also it is important to continue on any medication you are on until the doctor tells you it is okay to go off them.
