I have recently expanded my premises to allow me to rent out my rooms to other therapists. I am a little nervous about the contracts and how to write one. Can enyone point me in the right direction. Or maybe have a opy I could take a look at.
    Thank you

Hi malaya, glad you are enterprising and I wish you much success, however, if you are renting out to anyone just offering up a contract just isn't enough. There are many issues to consider, such as liability, liability damage, rent control, etc. I suggest your see an attorney, (spend the money, it will be better in the long run) and tell him what you are doing and what you expect from tenants in your building and he will draft up a contract/agreement which will benefit you and all concerned.

I could research and offer you one that I have found on the net, but it may not be just what is necessary for your venture and circumstances.
