I was in a car accident and August of this year its was not my fault it was the other car fault they car have state farm in my truck flipped over and it was totaled state farm pay me 5000 about two week later. I went to the hosptail and stay for about 16 hours and then I also had to go to the doctor for about 16times 3 times a week I have a lawler. I was trying to find out about how much money should I get back from this settlement

Do you have insurance? If so, did you give copies of your medical bills to your agent, or to the State Farm adjuster handling the file? Are you asking for more money than the medical bills?

I can't tell you how much money you will get since you didn't give me enough information. Total up your medical bills. I assume the SF insured has personal liability coverage which will cover your medical bills if they are appropriate. (If you try to cheat that company, they are very good at figuring that out.)
