I got off birth control 3 months ago and still haven't had my period. I was on the pill for 10 years. I'm not sure if I've ovulated since I got off the pill. I don't recall getting the egg white discharge. If I don't have my period does that mean I didn't ovulate? I keep worrying that I might be pregnant because I'm currently 10 days late. I've been having very sore/sensitive nipples, I'm tired, I get headaches, I have a runny/stuffed up nose and I'm not sick, I experience some nausea/sore stomach every couple days, at times I'm a bit moody and I currenty have a milky lotion like discharge. I took 3 pregnancy test in the past 2 weeks and it comes up negative. :confused:

If you are only two weeks late then the test will most likely be negative for another week or so. Take tests in four day intervals and do it with the first mornings urine it contains the strongest hcg levels. If you are still unsure you can go to your doctor and request a blood test just to be sure. Also you can look for early warning signs to tell if you are possibly pregnant or if it is stress related.

First of all, you have to realize that you ovulate before you get your period. Many women go from one pregnancy to another without even having a period in between, so it is possible to be pregnant even though you haven't had your period for 3 months.

Okay, you say you're 10 days late but in the beginning of your post it sounds like you haven't had your period in 3 months. Which is it?

You could be pregnant, but this could also be PMS, the symptoms for both are very similar.

Wait until your next period is overdue and try another home pregnancy test then, remember to use first morning urine.
